Opened by Sifu Quyen Luong in 1995 in Perth's northern suburbs, training over 50 students in the Chow Ka (Chow Gar) style of kung fu and lion dance. Named after the original school established by the five Chow brothers, upholding ideals of kindness and honour. Performs at Chinese New Year and cultural events across Perth.
